Bitcoin whales have restarted cryptocurrency gathering in what has proven to be the most prominent Bitcoin accumulation event in 2021. According to Santiment, the number of Bitcoin millionaire addresses that presently possess 100 to 10,000 bitcoins is increasing daily.
Bitcoin has recently been stagnant in the markets due to a large amount of sell-offs and a lack of investors purchasing back in the coin. However, during the last several weeks, whale wallets have amassed more than 100,000 bitcoins.
According to Coinmarketcap statistics, the worldwide crypto market cap has dropped roughly 4% in the previous 24 hours. The entire market capitalization of cryptocurrencies is currently about $1.28 trillion, down from $1.5 trillion on July 5th.
In the previous 24 hours, Bitcoin fell by approximately 3.56 percent and is currently trading at $31,337. BTC’s entire market capitalization has fallen below $600 billion today, hovering at $589 billion. BTC now has a market dominance of about 45.5 percent.
According to Coinmarketcap figures, the price of Bitcoin is down about 51.5 percent from its all-time high of $64,863, although it is still higher than its 30-day and 90-day lows of $28,893.
