Paysafe, the umbrella group of Skrill, carried out a survey some months back where they discovered that 40% of their customers have invested in cryptocurrencies.
Sequel to this, the company has been keen on improving its cryptocurrency availability on its digital wallet. Therefore, Skrill has announced the addition of 20 new cryptocurrencies to its system.
This was made, according to the company, for wider ranges of options for their users to buy, sell, or store cryptocurrencies. Thus, making a total of 35 available cryptocurrencies for non-US users.
These new 20 cryptocurrencies are Doge, Storj, MATIC, SKALE, UNI, SUSHI, Maker, UMA, SNX, LRC, NU, NMR, AAVE, ANKR, BAL, MANA, CGLD, COMP, CRV, and GRT.
Skrill is a digital multicurrency wallet provider that provides money transfer services. The London-based FinTech company is a subgroup of the Paysafe Group.
With this addition, Skrill users can make—conditional and recurring—orders and also make direct cryptocurrency conversions. In a similar way, users of NETELLER—another Subgroup of Paysafe—will also enjoy this.
“The potential for this service is growing all the time, and we want to continue to responsibly expand what we offer at the same rate by adding new functionality,” remarked Rupinder Singh, Paysafe’s Senior Vice President.
